***** COVID NOTICE 2 September *****
Tena Koutou Katoa
Following the announcement today that Northland will move to Level 3 at midnight tonight KKNC have decided that the remaining games of the official winter season are cancelled, as are the finals. We are only able to play at level 2, and even then it is only a maximum of 4 games at one time.
Our primary goal is always to keep our Netball Community safe.
The Delta strain of COVID-19 has changed the way we view health & safety and with the time needed to action the Worksafe & Netball NZ Return to Play plan (including allowing time for trainings) makes it impractical to finish the season.
We thank all of our teams, supporters and whanau for everything that they have done to help this season. We were so close to a full season!!
The end of year standings will be on another post.
Congratulations to all of the winning teams.
We will see you next season, when things will no doubt look different again as we try and play whilst still having Covid around.
Take care, Keep to your bubbles, and continue to scan the QR codes.
Senior nomination forms are now available under the Play Tab – 2021 Senior Competition.
The senior draw for this Saturday 21st is also available now. This is the last game in the round robin format. Friday 27th will be finals night. The points table looks pretty close in a couple of grades and all comes down to this Saturdays games.
Good luck everyone!!

ANZ futureFERNS progresses players though modified formats of Netball that recognises their stage of physical and mental development. The aim is not only to grow their Netball abilities but also to help with their overall physical literacy which includes confidence, motivation, knowledge and understanding and physical competence.
